Initial Requirements:

  • Active LVN or RN License
  • BLS
  • Physical (within 1 year)
  • TB (within 1 year)
  • Two Professional References


Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Assess vitals
