Certified Nurse Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients in a home health setting. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to patient needs, and the ability to work independently in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Assist with light housekeeping related to patient care
• Support medication reminders as directed by the care plan
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures
