Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients via phone and in-person
- Schedule consultations and procedures efficiently
- Educate patients on services and procedures
- Assist with procedural sales and follow-up
- Maintain high standards of professional appearance and patient interaction
Required Qualifications
- Substantial understanding of concierge service and prior experience in plastic surgery
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and work ethic skills
- Strong phone and in-person social skills
- Professional personal appearance and grooming
- Experience in medical sales is highly desirable
- Computer proficient, typing 60 WPM
- College graduate
