Role Description
The Social Media Coordinator will manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the company’s social media platforms. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, interacting with the audience, and developing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to align social media initiatives with the company’s marketing goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
- Strong Writing and Communication skills
- Experience with Digital Marketing strategies and practices
- Understanding of brand management and audience engagement
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines consistently
- Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare or aesthetics industries is an advantage
