Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate advanced test products and systems
- Create schematics, interface adapters, cabling, and technical drawings
- Perform circuit design, troubleshooting, testing, and analysis
- Support engineering and production test systems
- Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve development and implementation issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years of experience
- OR Advanced STEM degree with 3 years experience
- Active or obtainable U.S. Government Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience with:
- Electrical design & troubleshooting
- Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
- Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, Power Meters
- Schematic capture and interpretation
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in STEM
- Analog, digital, and/or RF design experience
- Mixed-signal and electrical interconnect integration
- Leadership and project management experience
- Root-cause analysis and debugging expertise
- Technical writing and presentation skills
- Experience leading engineering teams
