Your mission: convert access into revenue and sustained growth
Role Overview
As a Practice Lead / Account VP, you will own end-to-end business growth within your domain:
- Build and maintain a qualified, executable pipeline
- Convert pipeline into measurable revenue
- Establish trusted relationships with federal stakeholders & partners
- Shape opportunities early (pre-RFP stage)
- Develop and execute winning capture strategies
- Define win themes, teaming strategies, and pricing approach
- Drive organic growth and account expansion
This role requires someone comfortable in:
- Client meetings
- Capture war rooms
- Solution design discussions
