Warehouse Worker / Material Handler / Loader - Unloader

Duration: 2 months

Shift Clarification:

• All shifts are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The morning and evening intake assignments are not separate shifts; they simply reflect our need for employees who are flexible and can work within that timeframe based on office needs. Schedules and assignments may vary.

OVERTIME OPPORTUNITIES REQUIRED AS NEEDED ON WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS DEPENDENT ON BALLOT VOLUME:

• Day before Early Voting – October 16th - Extended hours required – All staff must be prepared and committed to working extended hours.
• Last Day of Early Voting – October 30th - Extended hours required – All staff must be prepared and committed to working extended hours.
• Holidays – Nevada Day – October 30 th /November 11 th - Veterans Day – All staff must be prepared and committed to working extended hours.
• Election Day - November 3 rd - Extended hours required – All staff must be prepared and committed to working extended hours.
• Post Election Processing – November 4 th – November 12 th – All staff must be prepared and committed to working extended hours until all mail ballots have been processed.

Job Duties:

• Complete required training on warehouse operations, safety, and election material handling
• Build, organize, and maintain equipment vaults and secured storage areas
• Receive, sort, label, and track election equipment and supplies
• Provide operational support during the Primary Election cycle (equipment preparation, movement, and logistics)
• Support post-election warehouse processes including intake, inspection, inventory, and reorganization
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspaces
• Adhere to all election security and chain-of-custody procedures

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to noise and the outdoors
• Ability to travel to different sites and locations (Mileage is reimbursed)
• Ability to work in both a professional office and warehouse environment
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays in preparation and during elections.
