Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across architecture, development, integrations, governance, and stakeholder engagement while delivering secure, high-performing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
• Select appropriate Experience Cloud frameworks (LWR or Aura) based on performance and SEO requirements.
• Design secure authentication and authorization models using External Identity and SSO.
• Implement complex sharing models, including Account Relationship Data Sharing and Apex Managed Sharing.
• Define branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud deployments.

Technical Development

• Develop high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for the LWR framework.
• Build reusable, scalable, and modular Salesforce components.
• Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS for personalized user experiences.
• Design and implement Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume transaction processing.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Data & Integration

• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to provide unified customer profiles.
• Design and maintain integrations with ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop REST and SOAP API integrations using Named Credentials.
• Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across integrated systems.

Leadership & Governance

• Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
• Ensure compliance with governor limits and platform scalability standards.
• Establish technical standards, development processes, and governance.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and user stories.
• Present technical roadmaps and solution strategies to executive leadership.
• Support project planning, risk management, and delivery milestones.

Required Qualifications

• Experience architecting Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and LWR.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CMS, Audience Targeting, and Experience Builder.
• Strong knowledge of External Identity, SSO, and Salesforce security models.
• Experience with Apex, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and Named Credentials.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
