Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development Department, leadership, and education team.
- Maintain employee educational databases in Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist with the hospital's Learning Management System (LMS), including course enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
- Utilize Workday, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to support departmental projects and communications.
- Coordinate employee orientation, including
- Communicating orientation dates and times with departments.
- Preparing learning packets and materials.
- Welcoming new employees and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Reviewing new employee documents and entering data into SharePoint.
- Monitor and order office supplies to support departmental operations.
- Provide clerical support including copying, scanning, filing, and document preparation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the hospital's educational and professional development initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
