About the Role
Byrne Electrical Specialists is seeking a motivated and dependable Shipping Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll help ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time, playing a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do

Coordinate the timely and accurate shipment of all customer orders.

Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring orders are complete and properly labeled.

Palletize and arrange products on skids according to customer requirements.

Create and manage shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Customs paperwork, and Packing Slips.

Schedule pickups and deliveries by communicating with carriers.

Collect completed products from production lines and bring them to Shipping for assembly and dispatch.

Maintain flexibility with end times as needed to accommodate late trucks or ensure all shipments are ready for departure.

Work occasional overtime, which may occur before 9:00 AM or on Saturdays, depending on operational needs.

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 40 lbs. You may also perform computer and paperwork tasks for extended periods.
