Electrical General Foreman

General Foreman – Electrical Construction (Atlanta) 

We’re hiring a General Foreman to lead field execution across multiple electrical projects in the Atlanta market.

This is a high-impact leadership role with a contractor that’s been around 40 years, has a stellar reputation, and a strong pipeline of work locally—with the ability to support projects across neighboring states.

 What you’ll do:

·         Lead multiple jobsites and support Foremen in the field

·         Own manpower planning, productivity, and execution

·         Drive labor performance through tracking WIP reviews

·         Partner with project teams on planning and prefab strategy

·         Ensure quality, code compliance, and consistency across projects

·         Help hire, develop, and elevate field talent

 What we’re looking for:

·         Proven electrical field leadership (Foreman or General Foreman level)

·         Strong grasp of production, labor tracking, and job costing

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and crews at once

·         Someone who takes ownership and drives results—not just manages
