Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused Benefits Support Specialist to manage and support day-to-day benefits administration across health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.

This role is critical in delivering a high-quality employee experience, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement in benefits operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and support
• Process enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems
• Generate reports and analyze benefits data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support and execute annual open enrollment (communications, education, coordination)
• Partner with HR and payroll to manage leave programs (FMLA, STD, LTD, parental leave)
• Track leave status, coordinate pay, and reconcile deductions or overpayments
• Collaborate with leadership and brokers to evaluate utilization and cost effectiveness
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
• Maintain documentation, audit trails, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
