What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Investor Relationships & Capital Partnerships position at 20/20 Foresight Executive Talent Solutions?
Company
The firm was founded in 2018 with a simple premise: neighborhood strip centers represent one of the most misunderstood and overlooked opportunities in commercial real estate. The firm’s leaders set out to leverage their deep sector expertise in commercial real estate investments specializing in retail properties.
They have been able to successfully evaluate tenant mix, understand lease structures, and identify value-creation opportunities that others miss. The firm handles all its own leasing and property management as a cost saving measure and a competitive advantage. By controlling the entire process, it has been able to execute business plans quicker and more effectively.
The Company has accomplished all of this while maintaining a standard of Midwest Values. A straightforward culture, and a relationship-driven approach to an industry that is often lacking in it.
