Mentorship Manager Job Description
Job Summary
This is an Indirect Labor position that supports the Director of Human Resources (HR) in management of 2 Circle’s Mentorship Program and other functions as outlined below. This position reports directly to the Director of HR and will not have any direct reports. Close coordination will occur with the SVP of Operations, Human Resources, Employee Experience, and Departmental Ops Support. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 25 hours of G&A annually, funded by Corporate. 2 Circle pays every employee for every hour worked.
Essential Job Functions
- Updates the Director of HR on Mentorship Program efforts
- Brainstorms, develops and implements innovative ways to improve company mentorship
- Monitors the Mentorship Program in coordination with the Director of HR through the use of surveys and one-on-one interviews for continuous evaluation of the program
- Works closely with Human Resources and division Ops support
- Coordinates with Division Leadership to identify potential mentors
- Educates and trains mentors and mentees
- Follow-ups with mentors/mentees as required
- Continuously updates program materials
- Provides Mentorship Program updates as required
