Visual Merchandiser
Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch 2 Breaks

2.7 August Apparel Based in the heart of the LA Fashion District, we’re a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses.
What you will do :
- Design and execute showroom merchandising layouts to highlight seasonal collections and key styles
- Maintain visually appealing product displays aligned with brand standards
- Arrange racks, mannequins, fixtures, and signage to optimize product visibility
- Implement visual merchandising plans based on seasonal launches and sales priorities
- Partner with Sales and Buying teams to showcase best-selling and promotional styles
- Coordinate with Creative, Photoshoot, and Marketing teams for consistent visual storytelling
- Assist with styling preparation for photoshoots and lookbooks when needed
- Organize and maintain merchandise samples in showroom displays
- Track sample movement and ensure displays remain fully stocked
- Maintain visual guidelines across all brand lines
What we looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Design, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of visual merchandising experience in fashion, showroom, or retail environment
- Strong eye for design, color coordination, and styling aesthetics
- Knowledge of fashion trends and retail merchandising techniques
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
