Performance Marketing Manager
Schedule: On-site Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch 2 Breaks

2.7 August Apparel Based in the heart of the LA Fashion District, we’re a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses.
What you will do :
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
• Monitor daily campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimize targeting
Performance Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze key metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and testing
Creative & Campaign Optimization
• Collaborate with creative, photoshoot, and branding teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Optimize customer journey from ad click to purchase
SEO & Digital Growth Oversight
• Develop and oversee SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and website traffic
• Coordinate with internal teams or external partners on SEO implementation
• Monitor website performance, search rankings, and user behavior
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with E-Commerce, Sales, and Brand teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives across multiple brands
What we looking for :
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong Fashion E-Commerce Experience required
• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce or fashion
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify reporting, or similar platforms
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing customer acquisition costs
