Position Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own creator- and influencer-led affiliate acquisition as a measurable performance channel. This is not a PR, awareness, or EMV-led influencer role. The mandate is to turn creators into an efficient, scalable bottom-funnel growth engine: recruit and activate the right partners, build compelling offers and landing experiences, drive tracked new-customer revenue, manage CAC and payback, and produce creator content that converts across affiliate, organic, and paid social.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creator commerce, affiliate partnerships, and conversion optimization. You will own platforms such as ShopMy and other creator affiliate tools, build relationships with creators who can drive purchases rather than impressions, and partner closely with Paid Social, Creative, eCommerce and Analytics to scale what works.
Responsibilities
Creator Affiliate & Performance Growth
- Help manage the strategy, operating cadence, and performance targets for creator- and influencer-led affiliate acquisition.
- Build and scale a high-quality creator affiliate program across ShopMy and other relevant platforms, with clear ownership of recruitment, activation, optimization, and retention.
- Identify, recruit, negotiate with, and activate creators whose audiences can convert into profitable new customers, not just generate reach.
- Structure commission, gifting, flat-fee, hybrid, whitelisting, and usage-rights deals with disciplined economics and clean measurement.
- Develop creator cohorts by audience, category authority, product fit, conversion potential, and content quality.
- Manage budgets against bottom-funnel outcomes including new-customer revenue, CAC, ROAS, payback, AOV, subscription attach, and LTV indicators.
- Create a repeatable operating system for outreach, onboarding, briefs, approvals, launches, performance reviews, renewals, and scale decisions.
Creator Content & Paid Social Integration
- Develop creator briefs that combine Pique's brand standards with direct-response mechanics: strong hooks, product education, proof, demo, objection handling, and clear reasons to buy.
- Partner with Paid Social to identify creator content that can be whitelisted, licensed, iterated, and scaled as performance creative.
- Build a feedback loop between affiliate performance, paid social learnings, customer reviews, and creator messaging.
- Ensure creator content reflects Pique's luxury wellness positioning while still moving customers down the funnel.
- Stay close to creator commerce trends, platform mechanics, and competitive activity, but translate market signals into revenue-driving action.
Requirements
- 3 years in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, creator commerce, influencer partnerships, or growth marketing, ideally within a high-performance DTC environment.
- Proven track record building or scaling creator, influencer, affiliate, or partnership programs tied directly to purchase conversion and profitable customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with ShopMy or comparable affiliate, creator commerce, influencer management, or partnership platforms.
- Strong command of bottom-funnel metrics including new-customer revenue, CAC, ROAS, payback, conversion rate, AOV, and customer quality.
- Deep comfort with attribution mechanics: affiliate links, discount codes, UTMs, landing pages, Shopify reporting, platform dashboards, and spreadsheet-based analysis.
- Clear ability to distinguish creator awareness from creator performance; you know when a partnership is creating noise and when it is creating customers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, with the commercial discipline to protect economics while building long-term creator partnerships.
- Excellent written communication and briefing ability; you can help creators make content that is persuasive, accurate, on-brand, and conversion-oriented.
- Highly analytical, organized, and operating-system minded; you bring structure to a channel that can otherwise become relationship-heavy and measurement-light.
- High taste level and genuine interest in wellness, beauty, longevity, nutrition, or mindfulness; luxury brand sensibility is a strong plus.
