We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Senior Financial Recovery Representative.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Recovery Representative to preserve the Credit Union's assets by controlling delinquent accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments, recovering collateral, and assisting other Collectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail and take appropriate action to bring them current.
- Take action to repossess collateral when arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful.
- Analyze the financial situation of delinquent borrowers.
- Maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activity.
- Inform management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans.
- Provides information to legal counsel, outside agencies and appropriate parties as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills are required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday Hours 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (On rotation)
- Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
