We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Financial Recovery Representative.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Recovery Representative to support the Financial Recovery Department by assisting in the collection of past due accounts and processing paperwork associated with bankruptcies and repossessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact members with delinquent accounts by phone and mail and take appropriate action to bring accounts current.
- Make recommendations to repossess or charge off account collateral when other arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful.
- Maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activity as directed.
- Inform management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans.
- Provide excellent member service.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday Hours 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (On rotation)
- Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
