We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Core Systems Specialist.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Core Systems Specialist to develop and maintain the overall core data processing system of the Credit Union and working knowledge of all related processing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily and monthly processes are completed for the core and related systems.
- Coordinate the maintenance, testing, and roll out any updates.
- Assist in project plans and status reports related to the core system.
- Manage an end user ticketing system to address system issues and change requests.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- A two-year college degree, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of similar or related experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
