We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Core Systems Assistant.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a Core Systems Assistant to assist our core systems team with employee onboarding to applicable systems.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Manages helpdesk tickets, issues documentation, and is the first line of assessment and resolution of issues.

- Works closely and professionally with other credit union departments, business partners, and vendors.

- Acts as a core systems resource for project implementation.

- Processes employee status tickets in an efficient and confidential manner.

Qualifications: 

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- A two-year college degree, or equivalent preferred.

- 0 - 2 years of similar or related experience. 

- Experience with a financial institution preferred.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
