Experienced Dental Assistant

We are seeking to hire an experienced Dental Assistant to join our Algonquin location full-time. Responsibilities

• Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment for each patient
• Restocking rooms
• Organizing and laying out instruments for dentist's use
• Handing instruments and other materials to dentists during procedures
• Taking X-rays of different types use of intra-oral camera
• Taking impressions, cord packing, making temporary crowns
• Assisting during all dental procedures (Extractions, Implant placements, Crowns, and Root Canals)
• Making patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment

Qualifications

• Coronal Polishing and Sealants Certification - Required
• Bilingual in Spanish - Preferred
• Experience with CareStack is preferred
• Must be good at multitasking, problem solving, and a cooperative team player
• Possess excellent communication and organization skills
• Be responsible and dependable

Work Schedule:

Full-time; Monday through Friday schedule (please view our website for business hours) & Saturday 8am-2pm availability is mandatory. Since Saturdays are mandatory staff are given another day off during the week.
