Among the many benefits of joining the EE team are comprehensive medical, dental and vision BCBS insurance, generous vacation and holiday time, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, 401K with match, ESOP and fitness center with half basketball court on site.Essential Job Functions Process new contracts and obtain back up documentation.Set up new projects in Sage, Procore, Drop Box and LCP Tracker.Prepares and distributes subcontracts/purchase orders and other contract related documents, including any subsequent change orders.Review and upload project budgets.Prepare and distribute job costs reports for monthly meetings with project managers.Records budget modifications determined by Project Manager.Review and Approve AP invoices to ensure all compliance requirements are received.Notifying contract admin of any change orders needed for commitments or purchase orders. Notify management in material changes in project performance.Review subcontractor insurance policies to determine contract compliance.Review and process amendments to contracts.Process and maintain all subcontractor documents in Procore and Sage consistent with the budgeted line items.Process and maintain all contractual documents for each project.Manage subcontractor compliance with terms and conditions of the contract (i.e. insurance, bonds, waivers, )Process subcontractor and owner change orders.Prepare and distribute tax exempt certificates as needed.Occasionally perform duties outside scope of job description. QualificationsBachelor's Degree and/or 4 years of work experience in a similar position or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.Proficient with multiple computer platforms.Understanding the implications of new information for current and future problem-solving, and decision-making.Capacity to exercise judgment beyond carrying out simple duties.High level of judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail.Ability to set realistic goals or make plans independently.Understand, execute, and remember complex instructions.Ability to encompass abstract ideas and problem solving.Excellent organization, time management and both verbal and written communication skills.Self-starter and ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines.Working knowledge of TimberScan, SageCRE 300, Procore, and LCP Tracker preferred.Company DescriptionEE, LLC is a leader in federal government construction services.
