Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing excellent hospitality to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Skills

• Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various drink recipes.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems such as Aloha POS is preferred.
• Experience in nightlife or nightclub environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A background in catering can be beneficial for event-based services.

Pay: $7.25 - $8.00 per hour
