Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with attention to detail
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Prepare and serve cocktails, showcasing cocktail experience and mixology skills
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas in compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts
- Uphold all safety protocols and responsible alcohol service policies
Qualifications
- Prior food service experience is required, demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations
- Experience working as a bartender, including cocktail preparation, is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
