Responsible for ensuring that cafe dishes are cleaned & sanitized properly and in accordance with all state and local sanizitation guidelines.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure quality and freshness
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen tools safely and effectively
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
-Use and understand Dishwasher and 3-Compartment Sanitation Sink
