Job Summary As a Digital Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models of air and missile defense systems. This position will require expert knowledge of Cameo or MagicDraw. The applicant will need to review requirements documents, test plans, and schedules to build MBSE models. This position will also require working with a team of subject matter experts to develop taxonomies and standardized MBSE representations of common air and missile defense systems for integration with other tools. This digital engineering position will work closely with a team to develop and maintain a digital thread. This position will require a highly motivated, self-learner who can work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are seeking someone with experience in air and missile defense systems, systems engineering, and digital engineering tools/processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop MBSE models of new and existing air and missile defense systems. Integrate MBSE tools into a digital thread. Develop and maintain taxonomies and standard MBSE designs across multiple systems. Support customer meetings. Document processes and taxonomies. Have excellent communication skills and thrive working in a dynamic team environment. Support weekly meetings. Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Certified Systems Engineering or equivalent. 0-10 Years’ Experience Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance. Experience with Cameo required. Experience with DOORS and MagicDraw preferred. Experience with air and missile defense systems. Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
