Background with the Missile Defense Agency and/or other large scale DoD systems-of-systems Mastery of digital engineering transformation tools, methodologies, and implementation strategies Advanced software architecture and development expertise with coding proficiency Expert-level systems modeling and MBSE toolset implementation and training capabilities Program-level management experience Formal training in INCOSE or equivalent Systems Engineering standards and practices Advanced analytical expertise with the ability to lead complex technical documentation reviews and assessments Proven leadership in establishing, mentoring, and driving systems engineering best practices across organizations Expert-level ability to architect and implement Reference Architecture integration strategies in complex SoS environments Comprehensive mastery of requirements engineering, traceability frameworks, and full lifecycle management methodologies Executive-level communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to senior leadership
