The Sign Production Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing graphic production for individual sign projects. This role works closely with internal team members and cross-functional departments to ensure jobs are produced accurately, efficiently, and on schedule, while maintaining high quality standards.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sign and print graphic production for assigned jobs from start to finish
- Lead and support production team members to ensure workflow efficiency and quality output
- Apply strong knowledge of sign and print production processes to meet project requirements
- Review graphics and finished products for accuracy, detail, and overall quality
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective, timely solutions
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and deadlines are consistently met
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software to support production needs
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to align on project expectations and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- Strong proficiency in sign and print graphic production
- Solid background in graphic arts with a keen eye for detail and quality
- Proven experience coordinating projects and managing deadlines
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Leadership experience or the ability to guide and support a production team
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: $18/hr
