The Opportunity
We are seeking an Anchor to join our Operations team. This temp-to-perm role is designed for someone who brings presence, adaptability, and care to every aspect of our operations. You will help orchestrate the daily rhythm of our space, anticipate needs, and ensure that every interaction is warm, intentional, and seamless.
What You Will Do
Drive Operational Excellence
- Support the implementation of best practices, ensure compliance, and help optimize store performance, technology functionality, inventory management, and client experience.
Support Café Operations
- Participate and execute daily café operations, including preparing and serving beverages and light fare, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in the café area.
Uphold Space Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and visual presentation of retail, service, café, and team environments, ensuring every space feels welcoming and aligned with brand standards.
Support Events & Experiences
- Assist in the execution of in-store events, product launches, and bespoke client services, including setup, transitions, and guest experience.
Embody Collaboration
- Work closely with your teammates to maintain flow, tone, and quality in all aspects of operations.
Bring Adaptability & Initiative
- Take initiative, respond to ad-hoc needs, and adapt as priorities shift, contributing to an environment that feels calm, intentional, and alive.
Who You Are
- Curious, grounded, and purpose-driven, with a passion for detail and human connection.
- Background in retail operations, hospitality, food & beverage, events, or client-facing roles.
- Professional presence, polished, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-oriented; comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
- Genuinely interested in culture, well-being, and experiential spaces.
- Take initiative and direction, thrive as part of a team, and enjoy empowering others.
- Interest in learning and working with new technology; AV/tech experience is a plus.
