Company Mission:
We are a local family owned small business that cares deeply about helping other families create a safe environment in their home or in the home of their loved ones. We do that by responding quickly, telling the truth, following through and being well trained on the equipment we support. In short, we install safety equipment in the home. The core of our business is selling, servicing, installing and renting great quality stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, grab bars, elevator style lifts and other lifts or safety devices for the home.
What does Winning Look Like:
- Help families learn about and purchase safety equipment for their loved ones.
- Meet with families to assess safety needs (assessments include taking measurements, photos and even rough sketches (at least kindergarten level) to communicate ideas)
- Educate and partner with local agencies, medical facilities and community resources
- Work with your internal team to ensure the project is completed as envisioned and as promised
