The CSR Manager will work closely with the OR and other clinical customers to ensure consistent quality products and services and will increase operational efficiency and drive employee engagement. The Manager promotes the development of a motivated and cohesive team and supports educational strategies to enhance staff knowledge with respect to processing practices and service delivery. The CSR Manager demonstrates The University of Vermont Medical Center leadership philosophy and leads a 24-hr operation with dispersed staff supporting a broad range of on-site and remote clinical services while fostering excellent teamwork and collaboration. In a manner consistent with organizational policies and procedures, and under the general direction of the Director of Supply Chain Services, the CSR Manager is responsible for developing and continuously improving talent and departmental processes and procedures to ensure the highest possible quality of service and patient care. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or Health Care Administration preferred. IAHCSMM Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required at hire. Registered Nurse with current Vermont License a plus. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience required. Health Care and Hospital Experience strongly desired.
