What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business (heavy cold calling in-person visits)
- Target commercial clients: property managers, facilities, restaurants, HOAs, etc.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Close new accounts and grow long-term relationships
- Secure recurring service agreements
- Attend networking events and generate referrals
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM
- Uncapped commission structure (high earning potential)
- Established territory with existing relationships room to grow
- Strong operational team to support your sales efforts

- 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven success with prospecting and closing new business
