And we are on the hunt for a Director of Loss Prevention to just that. Maintaining the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, associates and assets stay at top-of-mind in this critical role. This job is all how about how you react, or just as important, don’t react, within extenuating circumstances. It’s about staying a step (or five) ahead of potential situations, identifying them and managing them with professionalism, reasonable thinking and in accordance with our policies.

About you...
Passionate about safety and security with a minimum of 2 year of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Salary : $135,000 - $145,000
