Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Handle escalated phone calls from team members
- Keep up to date on all changes within the organization
- Communicate all changes effectively
- Complete weekly reports to share with team members and leadership
- Maintain communication throughout the team due to site differences
- Create and convey monthly forecasting
- Knowledge of Excel and how to create, share, and update worksheets
- Frequent written and verbal communication within team and with other teams
- Build and maintain positive relationships within team and company as a whole
- assist in hiring and developing new team members within the operating team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
- must be able to complete pre employment drug screening and background check
- able to operate a phone system in high volume and transfer calls efficiently
