Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly with a warm, professional greeting, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Take and confirm customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly for timely preparation and delivery
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding menu items, specials, and dietary options to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirement
- Food service experience or familiarity would be nice, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear, friendly interaction over the phone
- Basic math skills for order calculations and payment processing
- Ability to handle high-volume phone traffic while maintaining professionalism and patience
Pay: $10.00 per hour
