Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled following food safety and sanitizing procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools efficiently and safely
- Maintain high standards of food safety management and sanitation throughout the food production process
- Support high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining quality and consistency.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or food industry setting, especially in pizza or similar cuisine
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior catering experience or high-volume production experience is advantageous
- Commitment to food safety standards and sanitizing procedures at all times
