The Role
The Crew Lead plays a key role in delivering high‐quality striping work, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers. This is a hands‐on position that directly impacts job quality, crew efficiency, and the reputation of the local franchise. You’ll work outdoors, operate equipment, and help keep projects on track as we continue expanding across Northern Utah.
What You’ll Do
- The safe and accurate operation of striping equipment, stencils, materials, and tools
- Execute pavement marking projects according to brand standards, site plans, and customer expectations
- Support the crew by preparing job sites, loading materials, setting up work zones, and maintaining a clean truck and equipment
- Ensure all work follows safety procedures, PPE requirements, and established SOPs
- Maintain clear communication with the Owner/Operator and team members throughout each shift
- Assist with driving company vehicles, transporting equipment, and completing basic maintenance checks
- Adapt to changing job conditions, including nights, weekends, outdoor environments, and occasional travel
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and customer needs

Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and outdoor shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance
Preferred
- Experience in labor, painting, construction, or equipment operation
- Familiarity with trucks, tools, or outdoor job sites
- Interest in learning pavement marking as a long‐term skill
