This is a strategic, hands-on Sales Development role for someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and building systems that turn ideas into measurable business outcomes. You’ll work with our Program Managers to understand each client’s vision and objectives, develop and test strategies that drive growth, and orchestrate the teams and tools that make success repeatable.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop growth systems: Partner with Program Managers to understand vision, uncover opportunities, and construct the “engines” that power client growth.
- Operate and optimize: Use our exclusive design and testing process to iteratively build, measure, and refine what works best.
- Lead development of programs: Manage clients and programs that align with both Lead Anywhere’s objectives and the client’s business goals.
- Establish and maintain a profitable portfolio: Work with incoming buyers and client sales representatives to monetize sales opportunities and achieve Lead Anywhere portfolio revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Business Development, Automation, and Marketing to improve effectiveness and maximize results.
- Build effective teams: Rally internal and client-side teammates around clear objectives and motivate them through shared success.
- Turn challenges into opportunities: Recognize that what goes wrong is often what reveals the next breakthrough.
- Use data to guide decisions: Apply testing, analysis, and insights to make evidence-based improvements across programs.
