Location: Ogden, Utah (In-Office)

Compensation

  • $50,000 Base Compensation
  • Performance-based Commission (up to an additional $50,000 potential)
  • Quarterly Profit Share Distributions


About the Role


At Lead Anywhere, we help major corporations in Technology, Agriculture, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and other industries grow by designing and operating sales and marketing programs that: generate better marketing campaign results, optimize ineffective website content, capture more leads, identify actionable sales opportunities, and generate more revenue.


This is a strategic, hands-on sales development role for someone who enjoys leveraging inbound leads to fuel the development of their individual business portfolio and aid in the overall optimization of client programs. It is ideal for someone who excels in a collaborative environment, values initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving.


Internally, the Sales Development Representative will collaborate with Program Managers to understand the goals of each client program, develop and refine strategies that can achieve those goals and help create repeatable systems that support ongoing growth. You’ll also work closely with the internal Automation Team in an effort to continuously improve the quality of inbound lead sources. Externally, the Sales Development Representative will work directly with inbound leads (buyers), coordinate with client sales teams, and play an important role in helping opportunities move forward in a thoughtful, organized, and measurable way.



What You’ll Do


  • Qualify buyers by identifying fit, interest, timing, needs, and readiness to move forward
  • Manage buyer activity to ensure clear tracking, organization, and follow-through
  • Work with client sales representatives to introduce qualified buyers and support smooth handoff into the sales process
  • Partner with Program Managers to understand client vision, objectives, and growth opportunities
  • Help design, operate, and improve the systems and processes that drive client growth
  • Build, test, measure, and refine strategies that improve effectiveness across programs
  • Manage clients and programs in ways that support both Lead Anywhere’s objectives and client business goals
  • Establish and maintain a profitable portfolio by helping convert sales opportunities into revenue
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Automation, and Marketing to improve performance and maximize results
  • Build strong working relationships both internally and with external client-side teams around shared objectives
  • Use data, testing, and insights to make informed decisions and improve outcomes
  • Recognize challenges quickly and turn them into opportunities for learning and improvement

Preferred Experience


  • Sales development, buyer qualification, account management, or program/project management
  • Experience managing opportunities or buyer activity in a CRM
  • Experience working with sellers or sales representatives to transition qualified opportunities
  • Leading or coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working across diverse industries and adapting quickly
