We are seeking a motivated and reliable Crew Leader to join our team. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a crew effectively while driving to various job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a truck and trailer to job sites.
- Supervise and lead crew members on various tasks.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Ensure all safety and operational guidelines are followed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Must have 2 years of experience in the lawn care/mowing industry
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
