Key Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew on daily mowing and landscape maintenance routes
- Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other maintenance tools and equipment
- Perform basic equipment care, cleaning, and routine service checks
- Drive and safely maneuver a company truck and trailer
- Make sure assigned jobs are completed on schedule, safely, and according to Grass Plus quality standards
- Communicate clearly with managers, crew members, and other team members
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Pay close attention to detail while completing mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general maintenance tasks
- Work independently and keep the crew productive without constant supervision
- Support company procedures, safety expectations, and service standards
- Professional experience in lawn mowing and landscape maintenance
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable driving and backing a truck with a trailer
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Able to work well with a team and represent Grass Plus professionally
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience leading or supervising a small maintenance crew
- $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience
