Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Conduct on-site evaluations for interior and exterior painting projects
- Measure spaces and assess project scope
- Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals
- Build rapport and maintain a professional customer experience
- Follow up on estimates and close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with production/project management teams after sale
- Maintain accurate customer notes and sales records in CRM
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable walking properties and entering customer homes professionally
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to measure and estimate residential projects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic technology skills (CRM, tablet, smartphone, email)
