Role overview
1-800-Painters is looking for a highly motivated, professional, and outgoing individual to help us build long-term relationships with real estate agents and brokerages throughout the State of Michigan. This role involves networking with realtors, visiting offices, attending events, and creating lasting partnerships that generate referrals for interior and exterior painting projects.
We currently service 177 cities and are expanding rapidly. Our goal is to become the go-to painting company for real estate professionals by creating strong in-person relationships and referral partnerships. This is an in-person role, and you would be traveling to real estate offices within the 177 cities!
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with realtors, brokers, and property professionals
- Visit real estate offices and networking events to promote our painting services
- Educate potential partners about our interior and exterior painting services
- Generate referral opportunities and help grow company partnerships
- Follow up with contacts and maintain consistent communication
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Track outreach efforts and relationship progress
Qualifications
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation required
- Sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
