What You’ll Do

Speak with every customer who books an appointment and gather key project details

Build value during each call and set up our Truck Teams for success

Address questions and objections with confidence, ensuring appointments are properly scheduled

Work closely with the Truck Team to collect accurate on-site estimate details

Create and deliver personalized quotes, following up to convert estimates into sales

Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth service execution

Reconnect with customers regarding incomplete or canceled jobs (phone, email, SMS)

Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM

Stay informed about local competitors and market activity

Meet and exceed sales activity targets, including outbound calls, conversions, and retention metrics
Schedule
-
Monday–Friday: Evenings (approx. 5:00 PM–7:00/8:00 PM)

Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation

$15–$18/hour
