Position: Truck Team Member
Location: Syracuse, NY
Pay Range: $20-$28 hr ($16 Base Profit Share Tips)

We’re hiring a hardworking, customer-focused Truck Team Member to join our growing junk removal team. This role combines on-site sales with physical labor and driving—perfect for someone who likes staying active, meeting new people, and earning extra through performance-based pay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing
- Close sales and schedule services on the spot
- Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
- Lift, load, and haul items safely and efficiently
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
- Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized
- Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- 21 years of age with a Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
- Flexible availability including one weekend day
