About the Role:


As a Truck Team Member, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you'll make a difference in your community. Plus, you'll engage in sales activities, driving revenue and building lasting customer relationships.


What You’ll Do:

• Junk Removal: Safely and efficiently lift, carry, and load diverse items into the truck.
• Sorting and Recycling: Identify items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal.
• Site Clean-Up: Ensure spotless job sites, leaving customers impressed after each removal.
• Customer Service:
• Friendly Interactions: Warmly greet customers, explain services, and answer questions.
• Problem Solving: Offer tailored solutions for unique junk removal needs.
• Upsell Services: Identify and recommend additional services to enhance satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Sales Tasks:
• On-Site Sales: Provide cost estimates and explain pricing to build trust and confidence.
• Promote Services: Highlight service benefits and encourage applicable add-ons.
• Close Deals: Build rapport to secure repeat business and referrals, contributing to growth.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with teammates to plan, execute, and efficiently complete jobs.
• Maintain open communication with the team and management for smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely.
• Customer Focus: Positive attitude and passion for outstanding service.
• Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying needs to promote services.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills for a small team environment.
• Driver's License: Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean record).
• Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are essential for success.
