About the Role:

As a Truck Team Member, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service while performing hands-on tasks. You’ll be helping customers say goodbye to their unwanted items and making an eco-friendly impact by sorting for recycling and donations. Every day brings new challenges, rewards, and the chance to make someone’s day brighter.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service: Arrive with a smile and show customers how happy you are to help.

• Build Rapport: Listen to customer needs, empathize with their situations, and provide tailored solutions.

• Explain Services: Walk customers through the process, explain pricing, and ensure they’re comfortable and informed.

• Create a Positive Experience: Go the extra mile to ensure every customer is satisfied, feeling valued, and stress-free.

• General Labor Tasks:

• Junk Removal: Lift, carry, and load various items safely and efficiently into the truck.

• Sorting and Recycling: Separate items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal, helping to reduce waste.

• Site Clean-Up: Leave every job site spotless, showing care and respect for the customer’s space.

• Truck Organization: Keep the truck clean, organized, and ready for the next job.

• Work Together: Partner with your teammate(s) to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.

• Support Each Other: Share tasks and communicate openly to keep the day running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer Service Skills: A friendly, “happy to help” attitude and a passion for making people’s lives easier.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely and repeatedly.

• Team Player: Thrives in a supportive, close-knit team environment.

• Driver's License: 21 years old (for commercial insurance eligibility) A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check for the past 3 years)

• Punctual & Dependable: Show up on time and ready to work every day.

• Positive Energy: Bring a can-do attitude to every job, no matter the challenge.

Salary : $17 - $20
