Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to assist with the installation/replacement of windows and doors. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist installers with the installation/replacement of windows and doors.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up tools and materials.
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 60 lbs) and perform physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must be comfortable working from a ladder.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic understanding of power tools and safety practices is preferred.
