Client: Global Leading Real Estate Advisor
Essentials : 3 years’ experience in development consultancy or a related property discipline (strictly in Ireland) ; excellent financial modelling skills (Excel, Argus Developer); SCSI/RICS Chartered (or working towards); strong report writing and client management abilities.
Location: Based in Dublin City Centre
Salary: €55,000 - €60,000

Progression: The next step would be up to Associate Director level

Our client, a global leader in real estate advisory services, is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their Development and Consultancy team based in Dublin. This is a key strategic role, focused on advising a range of high-profile clients across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use development sectors.
- Development Consultancy: Advise on land strategies, optimum uses, and asset management through detailed site, planning, and financial analysis.
- Financial Modelling: Prepare robust financial appraisals using Excel and Argus Developer for residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.
- Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, developers, investors, and public sector clients.
- Strategic Reporting: Produce high-quality development reports, feasibility studies, and advisory documents for client presentations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (Investment, Residential, Planning) to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Agency Support: Assist with development land sales, acquisitions, and marketing campaigns when required.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor development land and planning market trends, providing insights to internal teams and clients.
- Business Development: Support the preparation of new business pitches, proposals, and client entertainment initiatives.
