Our client, a prominent residential developer, seeks a highly skilled General Foreperson to lead and ensure the effective management of Health & Safety, subcontractor coordination, and quality control on site. This role includes overseeing logistics, managing civil and groundworks contractors, and driving the timely completion of various project phases, from foundational work to external finishes(like paving, boundary walls) and landscaping.
Key responsibilities include daily site inspections, management of site logistics, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth handovers to Finishing Foreperson.
